Approx two weeks ago I was coming back home after dropping my daughter to school then suddenly car right tyre bump into a broken area on the road and instantly the engine stopped. I was surprised that what happened to the engine, how it can be stopped on just a regular jump. Well tried alot, checked everything but all in vain.
The biggest mistake I done at the moment I called a local electrician to come on the road side and check the issue. He tried his best of his knowledge but didnt figure out the problem. He told that there is no current coming to coils, there what he done stupid thing. He tried to get direct current to coils from battery, and this thing put me in another trouble. He tried to pull the wiring of the engine so if any wire broken may get connected itself by the mercy of Allah, but all in vain. Yes I became aware at the moment, chal bhai lottery nikal ayi hai teri .... The time he pull the main wire of coils and fuel injectors suddenly the Throttle Body started opening and closing very fast even the switch was on OFF position.
Later he told me that your ECU is farigh, i became angry on him and said how it is possible ek jump se ECU kaise farigh ho gya?
Well I have to toe the car and take it to somehow a good known electrician. He diagnosed that ECU is farigh because of reverse current applied by that electrician to the coils and also 2 coils are farigh which were applied the current from battery.
Also he warns about the ETC, that it also seems FARIGH. The procesure took about two days to reach to the issue. He told me earlier that if current is not coming to coils it means either CAM sensor is not working or CRANK sensor is dead.
We tried to scan and found the code for CAM sensor so I bring another sensor from junkyard but still there was no current in coils and as well no code on scanner.
We tried to replace throttle body also even knowing that it has no link with coil current but You know juggar sab kuch karo shayad start ho jaye.
It was thursday night and all the struggle in vain, so have to left the car in the workshop that night and came back home.
Next morning receive the call from electrician Jo mujhe pe ehsaan kar raha tha k tumhari gari ki khatir mein jumma ko bhi aya hon workshop, bola mubarak ho start ho gai hai gari. The happiest moment of my life [emoji1]
Right after that us electrician ne konsi gali nai di Nissan ko Allah Mafi .... And after getting cool he told me that crank sensor harness was unplugged down the engine and Nissan ecu was not giving its code.
Finally have to buy new battery coz old one ka rape ho gya tha two days mein, ECU I already have in stock and Coils also I had with me and one ETC also I hold from Mushtaq at the time of swap. CAM sensor still in stock because it was not faulty.
Now the issue arised that RPM was on 1600 to 1800. The electrician told that this ecu is mismatch with that ETC and get a new ECU. So again took the car to the junkyard and got another ECU and when connected that the RPM dropps to 1200 max but still its too much.
Next day again changed the ETC with the old one that we were expecting FARIGH with the new junkyard ECU and started the engine, the RPM dropps to 850 and till now I am driving on that RPM.
