Speaking of which I was contacted by a very old freind/customer to assist in resolving a completely dead W210 in Karachi. It was blessed by 2 nitto electricians and 2 other "sholder" electricians.

It took us 1 hour via skype and other video and audio - and we found the problem.

It was dead for 2 years. lol.

Problem was the main relay bank - it was fried and the awesome people also tried to test the CAN BUS network with test lamps lol.

Tested with other car's relay bank along with some wiring trace and it started up. The guy was angry on his elektrik walay - as they had ham fisted it when I already had told him the problem a few months ago.

I think there should be a level below nitto ustaads - there are some who test with shorting to ground to see a spark and then reuse the old tape with a drop of elfy at the edge of the tape.

regarding that "silencer" issue, I told you many months back actually on 31-10-2013 to be precise to do proper exhaust work. You did not listen you prove it.

Guru g, how much performance lost if the diameter of exhaust is around half of the diameter of the exhaust manifold??? That indeed is the case here, so can I expect a big boost in performance if I replace the exhaust pipe?

As of now, the exhaust has been temporarily fixed. The heating up issues seem to be gone. Occasional missing is still there, but at least I got some time to do the throttle body cleaning job myself.

I am already under the rain regarding my own B13 exhaust. As I am told, 2" pipe would be a good fit for this series of engine. I'll post up exhaust work pictures this weekend InshaAllah. You can follow the same.

Great. Do let me know the performance difference (Though, you already have a monster :)). If it feels like a few HP's/Torque more, I'm ready to do it immediately (again, I seldom find any competition, just for the sake of "extra fun")

Running a dreadful Nissan for last one month (too short of time).

Thanks to @atta1111 (a nice guy, much better in person than on PW forums :)), he diagnosed that it is running with extremely retarded timing and wiring should be re-done.

Will fiddle with wiring to connect the cel and auto fan through relays before visiting bro Atta for detailed wiring.

Before I proceed for wiring, can I fix the retard timing for short term solution? Anyone with Nissan consult tool providing the diagnosis services in Isb?

The car heats up quickly (and read articles that retarded timing indeed heats up the engine). When I try to accelerate, it hesitates. And a patakha (misfire?) also came one day on petrol.

Experts (@SER_GTR, @spectra), all the trouble started after I started the car by pressing full throttle. It didn't start in first attempt, so I gave it full throttle (Like i used to do on my carby car). It started but all the mess afterwards. Gotta any clue about it if any sensor would have burnt in the process and malfunctioning now.

From my study, people suggesting following two as the main culprits for retard timing:

1. crank sensor
2. Knock sensor

These two sensors do affect timing. Crank sensor is the main culprit though. check wiring first.

Nissan Guys near RWP high court have the Consult II device, the electrician Shah Ji is the main guy who operates it. @atta1111 can arrange the GScan (if i remember correctly) for you - its quite a powerful scanner and you can fiddle with almost everything .. PM me your cell #... Kind of occupied right now, so will type in the details later here for fellow pakwheelers

Now you should use your mind and hands and put effort to straighten up the wiring yourself or you have to pay to Mr. Atta to get it done, though for that, you also have to have some knowledge about the job being done.

Secondly, you will have to have a full pocket going on second route

Agreed. I went to like 6 exhaust guys. Recommended everywhere is 2 - 2.25. Mine is 1.8. After consulting all these exhaust guys it was finally decided that muffler change and the current 1.8 would be more than enough as it aint restrictive at all.
