Engine tuning required at Plug Change?

I wants to change my Engine Plug, i am using Honda City '07. please suggest is it necessary to tune up engine like tappet and throttle body cleaning etc.
cUrrently Alhamdullah my car is giving me no problem at all but i have travelled around 15k so i was thinking of changing plugs.
also recomend which plug is best NGK or DENSO? city have 8 plugs so cant afford expensive one.

Get tappet inspected if they need adjustment and also get spark plugs cleaned. I don't think they would need replacement this early.
Also get the brakes serviced/adjusted I you feel the pedal goes down or if the hand brake gives more than 5-7 ticks.

denso ik20 is the oem plug for ur model city,the oem ngk is bkr6eix11
denso ik20 being alot better than ngk.
since ur car has 8 plugs u can use ngk bkr6egp platinums.
