ePay Punjab Token Tax Honda City (Tax Filer)

Aoa, @ALL today i tried to pay my token tax online through ePay Punjab application. I have honda city 1.3 2015 Registered. Im a tax filer but the income tax dues appearing against my car are for Non-Filer. According to official Excise Dept income tax for filer is 2500 for Filer. Kindly help on how to solve his issue.

Is your name currently there in Active Tax Payers List?

Yes, my name is still in the Active Tax Payer list. I have also checkd it via SMS.

If your status is active then it shouldn't show this much, Sometimes your name will be excluded if you have filed return after due date and in that case you'll have to pay 1000Rs ATL Surcharge (if that's the case) and it usually takes up until next Monday to update on the Excise system (Usually updates in 12-24h in FBR)

i paid my last income tax in Sep 2019 before the regular due date. Im a regular tax filer.

File a complaint with PITB it's issue on their end, ePay app has quick message feature

this should be internal system issue
internal system not picking up his CNIC against ATL

do a complain like Mr Mohsin above suggested

@hash4u Complaint has been filed. Lets see how much time it takes to resolve the issue.
