Error in Chassis number on Civic registration book

I have a 2009 Honda Civic that I bought new back then and got it registered from the dealer. Now after 16 years, I have discovered that there is a typo in registration, there is one extra 9 in the chassis number on Excise records. Number in invoice is accurate.

I want to sell the car soon, will this affect resale? Can it be sold as is? (obviously I will tell beforehand).

sir @Nabs a non-sense dealer may discourage and drop the value, however as you have the complete documents with correct data on invoice a sensible educated buyer will not be cranky.
incase of raised eye brows you may politely offer to pay half fee for excise document correction at time of transfer only after 100% agreed value payment. am sure there is no Pakistan IRS WHT involved for 16 year old vehicle,
