On the motorway or any highway used to detect speed cameras. So when a speed camera is nearby this will start beeping to tell you to slow down Anyone who rides the motorway or highway on a daily basis could use this but chances are if someone is doing top speed runs everyday they won't live long enough to realize the breakeven point of this investment which is I think 60 incidents of avoiding a ticket.

My question was rhetorical actually, having this device in your car can get you heavy penalties and possibility of jail time in modern world. UK levies a 1000/-£ fine to drivers who even flash their lights to warn others about speed cameras.

This couldn't possibly be legal in alBakistan?

It is legal in Pakistan and in almost all states of US too except for some states like New York and Virginia. A friend imported a chineese one from Aliexpress. It would not have been cleared by the customs if it was illegal in Pak. Kindly refer to wikipedia page where you will find list of countries where it is legal/illegal to use in cars.
