was there any belta in 2005 - I believe Belta is launched only in mid 2006.

2005 Platz should be around 6,50,000. as Vitz is also in this price range, price of used Platz and Vitz is same in Japan, duty here is same, only freight will be a little more.

Platz is cheaper because surprisingly not many like its shape. pre 2003 models were ugly indeed but i myself am quite a fan of the later shape. its just the resale factor holding me back from buying it.
I know Platz is relatively cheaper but, it's not as cheap as you think it is. With the prices of Vitz shooting sky high, prices of Platz have also increased. Also, it's a bigger car and gives you the "family" advantage that you want. Platz is not cheaper than Vitz no matter which model/year.
You CAN get a Platz 2005 for 6.5-6.6 but it won't be FL and therefore, you might not enjoy it to the max like you would with an FL car.
