Thanks for sharing this link but this link does not contain any information that why it is showing on the meter diaplay.. i check all things like lights doors mirrors etc and everything is working fine.

This probably means there is some sort of issue with some electronics of Car (power windows, side mirrors etc.)
Can you please share any image of meter and your Car details.
