ETC Error message

in my move 2015 every time you start the car, there is an audio message in Japanese. all i get from it is 'ETC' and 'missing', so i'm assuming it's about the toll card missing in the ETC device. have other users also experienced this and how can i only disable this message if not remove the ETC device altogether

do not cut the wires, trace the location, remove connections & device permanently

Most devices have a volume button on it too.
Look at it, is there any button with a tiny speaker drawn on it.

I have set volume of mine to 0 so it doesn't bother me
