It seems ur sources are unreliable as i have seen the weight of my dad's 300g on the paper work involved in shipping etc, there it was written 1510kgs.....so how can a 250g be 1700kgs...?

the all new 350g does it in 5.5 seconds...
300g takes atleast 6 seconds...

think before you just speak of what you've read over the internet, whats written is NOT always correct.

this wasnt a proper launch, the car had two passengers in it, which makes around 180-200kg of weight, it also had the spare tyre in the boot, and the tank was half full with regular petrol, no high ron petrol
and it manages to do 0-100 in 5.7-5.8 seconds, due to the timing scale of youtube as it only counts for seconds not mili seconds, i would say it shows 5.7-5.9 sec to 100, the last bit of the video is not showing because of the upload, add that 0.02-0.05 seconds in 5.8, it still isnt 6+ seconds

had there have been only the driver in the car, and no excessive weight and a high ron usage, as well as a more aggressive launch, 0-100 would have been easily around 5.3-5.6 seconds tops

Look at your father's car chassis frame, and there you will find the number.

The weight of 250G is not less then 1540KG, it cannot do a 100km/hr in less then 8 seconds.

The weight of 300G is 1568kg, it can do 0-96 in 6.5s, after that you need a gear change..

Euro R weighs 1375 kg.

Euro R can do that in 6.9s.

The Euro R has excellent gearshift and racing throttle response, you simply cannot compare it with any other commercial car, the 3.0L mark X has some lag in initial run if you will metal the floor, unless a person is not a test driver of road and track.

X130 3.5L Mark X can do the 0-96km in 5.5s because its new engine has a much better power band and 62hp and 50 ft lb more torque plus it is 50kg's lighter then the previous gen Mark X.

Cannot compare a Circuit tuned car to a luxury saloon.

I agree completely but I thought that If the donkey is demanding nearly 3 times the money of old horse, or equal to the new horse, then it should have some guts to compete with a Horse or in other words to compete with a German car.

There are other very good cars in the segment like the safest Volvo S60, sporty Nissan Skyline, all round Acura TSX, the most beautiful Alfa Romeo 159, Premium brand Audi A4, even the internal competition is better with Lexus LS/ES 250 for sports and comfort, Toyota Crown for Executives and HS250 for the emission conscious, the lesser 2.5L Mark X faces competition with Camry, Mazda 6, Ford Mondeo and Accord which are much better cars for the price and family.

Very few buy Mark X in Europe and America, it is only sold to third world countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and China as a Pseudo Luxury car at bargain.

I've seen the prado and premio, but didnt see markx.....maybe it is really here, but the thread starter is probably not referring to the new one...

No doubt, but since the thread starter is talking about a top of the line honda, its pretty obvious he's comparing it wid the top of the line toyota as well...

Not true, mine goes to 110km/hr in 2nd gear wid original rims wid original profile tyres....but if u keep the "ect power" switch off, then maybe the rpm is locked to 5k and it doesnt go above 96....

I have felt the lag in only the gearshift, it takes around 300-400ms to shift gear....,Throttle response doesnt have much lag , if u keep "ect power" on and stability control off....

Even BMW or Mercedes, Audi , or any other european manufacturer cant make a car of this kind.....
This car is totally unique.....I wud actually prefer this over even an audi r8.....
