Who knows if this under construction flat is on 18th floor in a 18 story building and building is not earth quake proof either.

Actually ppl have stoped paying the installements for the 1-15 flats and plots as CDA hasn't started any developement in that sector. Therefore ppl are not paying anything for a flat which will be made in GOD know how many years from now onwards.
