Excise smart card delayed

Bought a car and completed transfer process back in June. The portal shows the car in my name but there has been no update on the receipt of the smart card. Launched several complains. Any remedy?

Visit Excise office and ask them to check your card status. They will be able to tell you where the card is. I received card today for a car i transfered on 8th of June.

Also, you can go to this website https://ep.gov.pk/track.asp and type your car number top right (Tracking Id) to see if your card has ben dispatched.

Does it shows any comments next to card status on mtmis?
I applied for ownership and correction and mine says nothing in card status.
