@muradi keyon mazak kartay hain aap a govt section which divert funds away for yearly web-hosting of its own protal how would they manage per month SMS billing - Govt of SINDH is most scared to diversify the 'Services' sector knowing the fund bungling will become public issue which is so far under a veil
