Exhaust for LC 80 series

We have recently bought a 1995 24 valve LC 80 series and Alhamdulilah enjoying its drive. I want to install some exhaust system which just makes some roar when I floor it. Not something too noisy. I have seen some german jeeps plus some V8s having that thing which in normal drive is not making any sound but when they floor it, it makes a good roar. Any suggestions on that? Where can I get something like that?

You want a quiet cruising and sound only under load.

Most exhausts will be of a straight through design which is really not what you want.

A Helmoltz chamber is required to cancel out the noise at lower RPM's.

You would need quite a thick gauge of stainless steel to keep the in cabin resonance down.

Really, you need to get one made.

This is no issue at all in Pakistan now. You just have to know where to find the right people.

I make and fabricate exhausts for a living.

Worked on mainly the BMW M Power cars and they are seriously hard to control with respect to acoustics.

Valved systems.

I developed exhausts in the Supersprint factory in Italy. Very good friends of mine.

Dyno tested probably a thousand + cars. Project managed supercharger conversions.

Pakistan has talent brothers. No need to import unless it cannot be made here.

I am going to be working on a 2015 Landcruiser V8. Exhaust headers to the tail pipes + dual intakes.

I am just finishing off some headers for the V10 M5. Then I can make pretty much anything.
