Expedition RedFox - Bashkaro An 2015

One odd thing on this event was that, we camped beside the Kukush lake and even then couldn't succeed to taste the trout there. Then we sent one of our guide to ahead on our trek. We passed him on the way . At that time he have able to caught 3 fish. So, me qndFaraz apni apni trout kay saath;)

My heartiest thanks once again for Team RedFox for such excellent coverage of the historic adventure. Indeed this thread (along with some others on this forum) is a breath of fresh air on PW. It also allowed me to once again test the limits of Google Earth explorations in Northern Areas by comparing 3D imagery against the actual photographs. The results have been interesting to say the least, I have not done a very exact mapping of the track but here are some comparisons to illustrate the tool in case anyone is not very familiar. It was a true treat following the photos , route and GE footage.

I believe its right for Dadarili Pass and left for Kachikhani / Bashkaro Pass....

Here at Shandoor road, we have wited about half/one hour for a vehicle but no success story there. There were some persons of fishries dept. As weather was about to change its color, so as per their advice we were again on foot to a couple of km to a police rest house was a couple of km ahead, so...

Here at "Deserted Guest house" or into the ruins of guest house, we spent a couple of hours. We sent Adeel Athar to a next near by town. Just after two/three hours he came back with this bolan.

Much obliged and thanks to all the friends who contributed in this thread with their precious time. Again mentioning some points from my title post for prospective trekkers and visitors

Every one must do stage 1 (Mahodand lake to Neelsar from swat side)& 4(Langhar to Kukush Lake from Langhar side) which were extremely beautiful and present all the colors of natural life.
It is better to attempt it from Langhar side as it caters the gradual progress and at the end reward is much more in scenes of Sawat side.
