OK Gentlemen, while the thread may be completed, no reason for the adventure to stop!

As some may note that this general region is perhaps one of of the least explored ones today in the country (if not the entire Himalayas). I say that based on my personal study and understanding and am hopefully not too far off....

One point to ponder upon is that the Main Dadalbho Peak, which is right next to the Bashkaro Pass traversed by Team Red Fox has rarely been seen let alone climbed. It is listed on Google Earth at 5,904 metres (19370 feet) which is only 14 m short of the famed Falak Sar. Hence not an insignificant mountain by any means. The two southern peaks of the fairly large Dadalbho masif have been photographed by Team Red Fox and I have taken the liberty of referring to them as Dadalbho South I (right) and II (left) here:

@emmaar - lovely...... simply speechless, don't have words to admire the efforts you have made to explore the beauties for our eyes.. i am just amazed how beautiful our wilderness is for me and most of other as well, Mahodand was the end limit but just found out it is actually a starting point.. great and thank u so much for sharing detailed travelogue!

He is a very good trekker and a very good certified trainer indeed. Many a very well known trek/passes are on his credit. He did all the three famous pass of Swat like, Kachi Khani pass, Dadrelli Pass and now Bashkaro pass. Naltar pass and Dianter pass, spantic camp one, GGLA and a countless list of treks....so leave that list and meet Mr Irfan Ul Haq the leader

My REGULAR COMPANION on treks. Actually he have announced RETIREMENT after last years grand Trip of Concordia but we ask him to withdraw from that retirement whenever required by us and definitely he never disappoint us by his commitment. He was the WINNER of our last year winter Marathon which happened at Shingri Peak in December:)

Did many a bike tours before this trek. You will know in coming posts that how we survive on occasions on this trek. We always remember our Almighty in all difficult times here on the trek. But don't be afraid of our stories. Salute to this person as he was on his MAIDEN TREK on Bashkaro An:o.
In MS our management teacher taught us Strategic management in very first semester and he told us whenever you said to any one that we read this course in first semester they definitely think about the stupidity of your teacher BUT....and that but allowed us to put this gentleman on his maiden trek to Bashkaro...

I have mixed feelings on your intro of Sohail,I did not reckon the intensity of this trek.I thought of his athletic background when i invited him on this trek. But he was persistent and kept on going.All is well that ends well.
