Experts Advice Needed in buying first car of my life

AssalamoAlaikum wheelers..!!!


Alhumdulilah finally i am in position of buying my own vehicle, Obviously its my life's first Car so everyone can understand how its matters. As for the budget its 14 lac but can be stretched to 14.5 maximum depends upon car. So need suggestion from experts and everyone please suggest me car which can be bought under this budget and provide full bang for bucks and do remember its gonna be first time ride .. Japanese,local,Auto,Manual anything welcome but with proper argument to support that suggestion

Brother, I would suggest you to buy a new corolla gli, or Altis. Give the money you have as an down payment and finance the rest of your car.
It's your first car, and surely there is nothing in Pakistan more durable than a corolla.

Dear you have adequate budget for first ride of your own. All depends on your needs like family size, daily use and preference. So make your mind if you need a hatchback or sedan.Lots of options are available in hatchbacks with the influx of JDMs. It your choice to have a used JDM like Vitz, Mira or Alto. In my opinion the only local hatchbacks are wagon R or swift with the peace of mind as they will be in warranty and brand new. For sedans you can get corolla or Honda city used ones in descent condition in your budget. Best of Luck

Remember one thing, this is your first car and you are buying with your hard earned money...and you dont want to spend time visiting 'ustaad jees'... let it be a smaller car but has to be brand new.
I really dont trust the imported ones...sari mein koi duu numberi (unless you get that yourself).

Yeah i have shortlisted both sedan and JDM Like vitz and used corolla but no city, as for family size it can easily be accumulated by vitz . So as from you what will you suggest used corolla or vitz ?

what if i can get vitz with amazing condition and rates somewhat less then the market but its guaranteed that the car will be of good grade.

I would suggest you to buy Corolla 1.6 GLI (2011-13)...... don't go for imported cars as these are not so reliable and have high maintenance cost.
Reasons:
- Automatic transmission
- Family car unlike swift,vitz or other hatchback in this price
- Comfortable suspension

I would suggest to keep away from jdm although very nice options in this budget but as its your first car so should be brand new.
Best option is city but its 200,000 more than your budget so either wait or get it financed at 80% down payment for 1 year lease as thats the highest from any bank.
But if you want to buy on cash only then get honda fit or vitz but only G grade and get it imported yourself. You will find some trust worthy importers here on pakwheels who can get you a good car in good price on your specs. When you buy it directly from auction and it has 10-15000 miles on it then be rest assured that it will be as good as new.
If you buy japan import from here it will be 2.5 or 3 grade car with fake auction sheet and painted locally with tempered meter reading.
