Original Export Certificate Mandatory for registration.
Around 2012-2015, Clearing Agents used to keep original Export Certificate and Sometime, Original B/L as well and give copy.
Shouldn't be issue now, since vehicle is registered.
If docs are clean, vehicle is registered, then I think no problem, but then just buy the vehicle at right market price.
