Exporting a Vehicle from Pakistan

Hi,
Does anyone here know the export policy for used cars in Pakistan? I need help in trying to export a used vehicle, originally manufactured in the 80's.
Please contribute if you have factual information or have had to deal with exporting a vehicle out of Pakistan.

any vehicle which has arrival - import data available at time of registration can be exported after de-registration.

in your of case GOVT auction vehicle there will be no import traceability so export will not be allowed

Thank you very much for your response. I understand the concept but surely there has to be a fix for this. If there is no record and if no duties were paid at the time then surely, one should be able to pay the relevant charges as per the original price of import, clear the dues and take the vehicle out.
I have written to so many offices in the FBR and the Ministry of Commerce but to date received no reply.
This then brings me to my next question. Can one ship a container of old used parts for this vehicle, out of Pakistan?

disassemble the whole vehicle pack n mark parts and contact a cargo agent simply tell him that you want to export scrap used motor parts no need to tell / explain details. ask him to guide you for the process and paper work required

gradually professionals with documentation and rules are vanishing from such professional institutions., though there are retired people who know exact process & proceudres but they are made redundant without properly trained replacers.

Yes I know the Export Policy , Its E.P.O (Export Policy Order ) 2022, Vide SRO.544(I)/2022, Dated.22-4-2022, Appendix "F' serial "M" Page 6, "OLD VEHICLE AND AIRCRAFTS NOT FALLING WITHIN DEFINATION OF ANTIQUES...After obtain NOC by Ministry of Commerce ,Government of Pakistan, Showing the proof on remittances for purchase of vehicle from foreign country. for that vehicle. Subject cancellation of registration book by the issuing authority,
