nopes, it doesn't have any warranty
it's unlocked, can be used on any network
the blue tooth restriction can't be imposed by the operator, it's generally from the manufacturer. I never used this handset so can't really comment on this.
same for WIFI, operators can't block it. if it's there, it can be used with any WIFI services unless restricted by manufacturer.
it doesn't have a memory card.
Black in color
i'll check the pouch and will let you know, I just opened box once or twice to show it to potential buyers.

@Docebzz, apologies for not getting back to you. Had some tough time lately, first my sister met a serious accident and her car is almost gone, luckily she and her 3 years old son didn't hurt, was lucky to get recovered in a week.
then my daughter got stuck to bed and spent a week in that...

and the worst was yet to come, the friend who gives me 3GS, met an accident and stayed unconscious in hospital for 3-4 days. He is now conscious, but both his legs are broken, which requires a rod to be inserted

Once his situation gets a bit better, I'll ask him for some more contact to get the 3GS.

To be honest, it's from one of my friend, who got it in lucky draw for 50% discount. He got it for 17,000. He gave it to me to sell it. He isn't looking for margins, all he want to sell it without making big loss as he was expecting curve in draw, but he got this one.

I am interested in this phone for my daughter but the issue is the I need to get rid of my Nokia E75 (with 8 months warranty). In super condition. Is there any chance that we change them and I get the balance. You must be knowing the market for E-75 better than me (I guess).

I spoke to him today. He is now back home, but at bed rest, as both his legs have rods now. He said that he'll try to manage some thing while on bed. I'll update you once I hear from you.
I promised you a couple of times but couldn't manage, so the next 3GS that I am getting is for sure going to be yours.
