Yes it is nearly 30K for registration rest you pay (nearly 17k) at that time is the WH tax that can be reimbuirsed at the time of next tax settlement of your income.

Yes I believe so. I talked to a guy to get it registered and he quoted 54-55, not sure how much he'd keep.
Out of these 50~55 you get 17k reimbuirsed with your tax return, either as tax rebate in your next return or paid back cash by your HR dept is you declare your salary as a single source of income. Reason is this 17k is withholding tax which is returned when actual tax is paid by the person.
