You were looking for a car for over a two month period then now your selling it after like three weeks, only investors or brokers do that kind of stuff. The members here aren't brokers they're just telling you what the real market value of your vehicle is.

As far as the price is concerned your Mark X isn't worth more than 28.5-29lacs no matter how well-maintained it is or how many options it has that is the current price of a '05 250G. The price your asking now is the price of a '05 300G Premium.
