I do not want to comment thoroughly on why am i selling something which i bought with so much passion, its just that i am in need of urgent cash.
This is a true old school classic, i also have another oldie SS Ref 800.4 which has immense power output and is pretty famous, but the McIntosh beats it day in day out in EVERY aspect. It is one of the cleanest sounding amplifiers ever produced in the United States soil, claimed by many audiophiles.
I bought it from Dr.Shaggy who is an audiophile himself and has tested A LOT of different amplifiers, his words were Yawar Bhai McIntosh is a completely different league, you wont believe your ears when you hear it
To be honest i didn't believe him until i heard it, this is THE purest of amps ive ever heard.
For people who do not know much about it, its the Rolls Royce of audio world. Period!
