it all will be cleared, as u might never have purchased JDM goods in local, as its not States That u get a Brand new part. JDM 8/10 is differnet.

Plastic parts were broken and the metal was rusted. The wood was chipped and the horn was so stiff that I could've used a hammer and it wouldn't go in

mate, the wood needs Polish even if its 10 condition, as its import in containor as scraped maal from japan if u dont knw. metal can be buffed will be brand new, and the horn, mate that cost 100rs. and dada u got a brand new nardo wheel for just how much?

2500rs for wheel,
100rs for polishing the wood,
200rs for buffing the steel,
200rs for the horn

thats 3000rs and u got a brand new wheel.

mate now count ur dollars to it, it cost 150$ in states, add shipment as well.

Yes ur rite, ill post pics in every other post i make, it was my mistake i sold goods to a guy who has no knowlegde of buying a JDm goods before.

With all due respect, what's 8/10 in USA is 8/10 no matter wherever you are in the world, be it Japan or Pakistan.
There's no separate league for a JDM part in this case
