Are made in Poland.H11 are made in Germany bought from aliexpressCan be picked from Peshawar.Bulbs can be shipped over to other cities as well at buyers expense and riskprice for each pair Rs 4000.

I had used them in 2014 fl vitz. Can be delivered through courier on buyer's expense. Payment via easy paisa or direct transfer to bank account. Price slightly negotiable.
great - how was result as compared to origional (factory fitted) and may I know reason for not using after 6 months ?
As Phillips claim 100 improvement. Visibility improved alot. Reason for not using it is that I sold the car got aqua, which uses different bulb sockets

No idea you will have to check your owners manual or check over the headlight itself to see which bulb is compatible.
