First of all, the demand of the guy selling the vehicle is not at all exorbitant (not to forget that the price is further negotiable).

Secondly, if someone feels that the demand is unreasonable then he/ she can simply not buy it and look elsewhere. Why to pull a pseudo mullah fatwa of halal and haraam over it. Even if you consider islamic rulings on the matter, the guy (and the dealers too for that matter) are not being unreasonable. Buying Toyota is clearly not a necessity, it’s a luxury (atleast by Pakistani standards ) . Neither is it the only car manufacturer in Pakistan, that you have no other option, but only a Corolla to choose from.

You guys seriously think that for a car that takes atleast 6 months to get delivered to you, would be offered for immediate purchase at the exact ex-factory price.

Thanks fellows for understanding the situation. My friend would have loved to keep the car himself unfortunately he can't, since his 2016 leased city is costing him a lot more to settle with bank.

The way he looks at this corolla, you can't imagine the heavy heart of letting this beauty go.

Anyways we brought the car to Islamabad G8 on last Tuesday. It's a keeper surely. Even I wanna upgrade my 2016 pre facelift with this one but same lease issue haunts me.

Anyways price is negotiable since don't wanna hold it longer to burn the heart further :). Cheers.

No, discount is not available now. Vehicle is again at its regular price. As per dealers, Vitara went like hot cakes when they offered discount. Maximum discount was up to 8lac on GLX.

Now their inventory is all sold out.

Vitara is true SUV (compact) and BRV pretends to be. Vitara is better than BRV. Interior of Vitara is typical Suzuki (substandard).

if the situation would have been other way around like Suzuki Vitara where no body is even willing to pay 5 6lacs less than the invoice price inc the car is out of showroom even the dealers were giving 6 lacs discount on brand new car...
