Price of the car is 2,418,000 Rs. Car comes with additional value of one year extended warranty and one year parts + Labor (paid upfront) for authorized maintenance.

It's probably got to do with the fact that this zero meter car costs approximately Rs. 2,250,000 /- The only thing you have going for yourself is zero waiting time, and one year warranty. May want to reduce price a bit, and also post it in selling section

that would be one year additional warranty so total 3 years instead of usual 2 years.

Oh, ok. I think most people are looking for grande or gli. One of those two, but again, gli is being discontinued from next year so altis and grande are the only variants remaining

Also additional year periodic maintenance charges from a dealership including parts and labor cost have been paid so virtually no cost for 1st year.

That makes the Premium: 171,500 (filer)

Prepaid maintenance for one year is waste of money and most people don't want it. I myself booked Grande without it despite insistence from dealership.

so own is 156K Rs actually. And its still negotiable (to some extent).

Don't know what's the own for 1.6, but for Grande I was quoted 200,000 premium from dealership, and 175,000 for Civic. Based on that I think your demand is reasonable. Is it in Rawalpindi?

No offence but when dealers ask for OWN Money we scold them for that and say all kind of things but when we ask for OWN then its halal in some way. Just saying.

The guy simply trying to sell his car and he is only asking what the market trend is and even willing to negotiate can be countless reason why he wants to sale..... Where does Halal Haram come in this.... Even Islamic points of view it's all good as he is going to sale on agreed price what ever that might be and the buyer would happily pay for it as he would be getting car for which he would have to wait 4 5 months that too if he is lucky to get booking, we should respect other situation the guy is not some investor.or mafia who.is blocking all the cars and hence making supply demand issue and hence creating extra demand and forcing someone to pay extra...... if the situation would have been other way around like Suzuki Vitara where no body is even willing to pay 5 6lacs less than the invoice price inc the car is out of showroom even the dealers were giving 6 lacs discount on brand new car..... Would you be halal enough to pay actual price of the car in that case.... I don't think so.
