dunnoe abt the indian markets mentality, but to me ETIOS seems jst to be a maruti A-star or the new VW Polo competition, mayb because of it being a hatch back.
They shud either move the rolla to the top ends and introduce the Belta/Vios in Indian and Pakistani markets. mayb this way corolla sales wud fall but overall increase Toyota sales.
If one day its introduced in the Pakistani market, as theres a small Toyota expected around the year end.
So Personaly i like changes, and i like wat the crowd doesnt has. if u ever visisted Pakistan, all u see is HONDA nd TOYOTA sedans while Suzuki miniatures, altho many friends have told me that in Lahore u can usualy see mercs and beemers and accords to, but in karachi a nissan sunny seems to be an alien.
people in this part of the world either dont like changes or dont like to adopt changes, wen they start to adopt it either the company shut down or theres a shape change,
but in such a market, where a stablished brand Honda has almost halted production, Toyota and Suzuki cutted shifts, GM (chevrolet) has survived and yet bringing new models is thumbs up.
PS: sorry didnt c the ETIOS sedan, yup that seems a nyc idea rivalry with the small sedans. but some how Belta/Yaris seems tobe more attractive, then the ETIOS/ETIOS hatch back idea. but ETIOS hatch luks gud enuff,
