Failed DIY :( help!

hope n pray u all r doing well , the other day I tried to swap the rear stock speakers of my corolla 2010 with the spkrs installed in my alto. All went fine untill I find no way how to unscrew the speakers from corolla as the screw driver was long and couldnt make it due to the rear screen very close to the spkrs, anyone who can guide me how to get those spkrs out?

u need to buy a small screw driver. contact any audio shop wala he will charge you max 200 for complete job.

Otherwise, a proper bit on a small ratchet might work too.

there must be "pana" in the factory tool kit, with a minute L shaped neck. it should do the trick

+1. This thing works perfect. I bough a set of this from Walton Road, Lahore. There is an other tool for this as well but you won't find it here.

All original speakers are mounted with bolts and nuts - unscrew the nuts from the trunk, the screw that you see is quite short - once all nuts are undone, the speaker will lift out easily.

Those nuts will likely be captive and thus not removable if memory serves me correctly.

no sir its not like that in this case, after reading ur post I just went down n photographed the spkrs as viewed from trunk side

bro use this screw driver, easily available at rs 50 and it will work great.
