Faisalabad - Price variation

AoA Friends, I just joined this forum so still exploring it and so far really delighted to find this site very very helpful espacially for Auto market in Pak.Kudos to all who are helping others ..
I came across this web site while looking for information about housing society' Abdullah Garden' in Faisalabad. I'm intending to buy plot there '10 or 1 k' but while looking at the prices, I completely lost as each day price is different for let's say 10 Marla on Zameen.com so wondering if someone who lives in FSD can confirm what is actual price per marla going on in Abdullah Garden.

It is normal practice in all authorised housing societies .the rate goes up and down daily just like stock market

price difference that I see is about 3 lakh per marla.. Is that normal ?
What is appears to me that zameen.com has some agreement that only a particular property dealer would list all the properties and he can set the price whatever they like and next day some other property dealer.

Is there any other web site that I can check the prices.?

3 lakh to waqai kafi bara difference ha .is it for the same property or you see this difference for different properties their ? Because it can be kae aik property ki location ziada achi ho .for example like corner plot . Jis per ager ghar banae to dono street ki side per gate khul saktae ho

Its not for the same plot but for sure the same area and no its not to corner and that's why I'm reluctant to buy it as I don't know what is the actual rate going on there but even if I avg price, then each property dealer list it differently like dealer A list all plots for 7 lakh per marla whereas dealer B list all plots for 10 lakh per marla.

Thanks everyone who chimed in.. I think I have to go there and may ask few agents there to get some idea about the price. It seems to me online property portals like Zameen/Lamudi are not best tool to find out the price. 10 lakh is bit expensive..
