I recently purchased Toyota Aqua worth Rs. 22.5 Lacs from an individual in F-11/3 Islamabad, which turned out to be a horrible experience for me. He sold me that car by showing an auction sheet stating exterior grade 4.5 & interior of B, with a mileage of 32000 km. He very confidently told me that this auction sheet is 100 % original & verifiable. He was looking a well educated & decent person. So I trusted him. But after few days , when I got car's oil & filters changed, AC filter was almost black with dirt. It raised doubts in my mind. So I started looking online to verify auction sheet online. After multiple failed attempts to verify free, I finally got verified auction sheet by paying Pakwheels. When I got original verified sheet, I was shocked to see as it was showing grade R with interior of C & most alarmingly mileage of 80000 km (meter was reversed). it was my hard earned money which I had spent on that R grade car with high mileage. I contacted seller, who refused to take it back. I finally managed to sell it by telling truth & showing original sheet to buyer but I had a loss of 3 Lacs. So guys be very careful while dealing with imported vehicles & always verify the auction sheet & don't repeat the mistake that I did.
