Fake olx ads

Assalam o Alaikum fellow PakWheelers...

I've been a victim of multiple olx fake ads with my phone number. I somehow tracked that person and came to know that he's one of my friends.

I told him to remove the fake ads off the site ( the hard way ).

Actually that idiot posted ads without getting registered on olx and now he can't remove them off the website...

Can somebody tell me if there is any solution of removing them???
It tried emailing their support team but got a COMPUTER GENERATED reply from them which was irrelevant to the question i raised...

I hope you brothers can help me out, Thank You people in advance

when you give anonymous add you provide an email id. Only from that email you can delete/edit the add.

another way is to flag that ads as spams ... but u hv to get it done from 10,20 visitors ...

Here is what you should do:

place an ad of any hot selling item on OLX with insanely low price and post some pictures as well and give your friend's telephone number for contact. and dont forget to mention that genuine buyers can sms their offers as well.

1. what is the ad about? produce fake copies of that thing and start selling it at the said price. people will stop contacting you.

2. get hold of that item and start selling it at the price. it would be a complete win-win-win-win (4 wins) situation (add will not be fake. you will be selling. people will be buying and your friend wouldnt feel guilty). dost ke liye sub kuch hi.....

I tracked my friend who did that and he got what he deserved from me
I wrote an email to olx support team with the fake ad links and they removed them after 3 days. But first 3 days were DISASTER for me

Ad#1 - Corolla Gli auto 2012 @13 lac
Ad#2 - iPhone 3Gs 16Gb @11,500/-
Ad#3 - iPhone 4 16GB @20,000/-
Ad#4 - iPhone 4s 16 GB @22,000/-
Ad#5 - Honda 125 (2011) @60,000/-

when you provide that email address you used, olx send you a link via mail to gain control of the MY OLX features. But olx walo ki mail hi nai ai us'se

Yup it wasn't easy. I actually checked the email id of the poster which was on my friend's real name.

Landline number mera nahi diya. Mere mobile pe jo landline calls ati thein un per text nahi jata na, to is liye call receive kar ke kahna padta tha k fake ad ha...

I did purely DOGGIE WALI with him

I have a friend online that is into Cyber too much, i gave him the links of the fake ads and asked whether he can track the IP from it or not, he didn't got any clue from IP but he texted me back the email id of the poster...
