Day 4:
Good things normally come to an endâŚbut not in this case. 3 days of some really relaxing time was enough to recharge our batteries. It was time to move to higher ground.
Nathiagali is my familyâs favorite vacation point. Weâve been coming back whenever possible and this place doesnât disappoint. We left Insignia Resorts, Bhurban at around 11:30 am and it took us about an hour to get to Raees Khana in NG. After quickly checking in, we headed straight to Taj Mahal restaurant. Was happy to see a new building in place of the decades-old structure. We didnât mind it then, as we were always there to relish the world-famous Patakha Chicken. And like many a time that we had visited this place in the past, we weren't disappointed. The same flavour, same quality and renewed satisfaction. Shukar Alhamdolillah! For us, no trip to Nathiagali is complete without savouring the Taj Mahal Patakha Chicken.
After lunch, we just took it easy and roamed the bazaar. Came back to the hotel to relax a bit and then spent some time on the lawn enjoying the weather. After Asar, we went back up to the bazaar for a stroll and were fortunate to get the Maghrib jamaat in the Nathiagali masjid. Shukar Alhamdolillah!
Back at the hotel, we sat on the lawn and saw the Zil Hajj crescent. Had Chinese chicken corn soup, fried rice and shashlik for dinner in the Raees Khana dining hall.
Thatâs about it. In sha Allah more in my next.
