In March end / start of April - you can not take the route of Babu Sar Pass / Naran - as it will not open till July
you have to take the route of KKH - that also after checking that is there any land slide after the weather open up and the snow melted down
Cars can be taken up up to Khunjrab pass - at places road too good at some places terrible but passable - But again have to check the status of KKH - in eraly march and keep eye on the forecast , so be prepared
Rented cars, Hiace or coaches are available - as per the requirement - in these due to professional driver , you feel bet better secured and enjoyed the tour more
