Family Trip to Naran/Kaghan (Advice needed on renting a house)

Dear PW,

We are planning to go on a family trip to Naran/Khaghan next month and the head count would be around 20-30 people. What I want to ask is that instead of getting rooms, can we get a house on rent for our stay there? In could be in Naran or near vicinity as well. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I looked up on Airbnb but couldn't find a house for rent. Any other suggestion?
