Our trip details:
Day 1: Karachi to Islamabad and Muzaffarabad, Night stay at Muzaffarabad. La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant
Day 2: Muzaffarabad to Keran and Upper Neelam. Night stay at Upper Neelam. Green Village Resorts
Day 3: Upper Neelam to Sharda.
Day 4: Sharda to Arrang Kel. Stay at Arrang Kel Huts
Day 5: Stay at Arrang Kel.
Day 6: Arrang Kel to Taobat. Stay at Corner View Hotel
Day 7: Stay at Taobat.
Day 8: Taobat to Sharda.
Day 9: Sharda to Muzaffarabad.
Day 10: Muzaffarabad to Islamabad.

I suggest you to take Pajero 4*4 so you can comfortably reach all the places in Neelam valley. As we took 2 Pajero with driver and they were very professionals and they were driving the cars from last 30 years on that route.

Your plan would be:
Muzaffarabad to Sharda
Sharda to Arrang Kel. Stay at Arrange Kel for at least 2 nights.
Arrange Kel to Taobat. Stay atleast 2 nights.
Taobat to Keran or Upper Neelam (stay at Green Village). You need to leave early, otherwise you can stay at Sharda.
Keran to Muzaffarabad.

Karachi airport:

We were 2 families. We travelled via PIA and on Islamabad airport our one luggage bag were missing and it didn't tracked till today. Most probably it got stolen. We heard similar incidents after that. I don't know why its happening and is it only happening with PIA travellers.

Reached Islamabad around 8:30. Wasted almost 3 hours at the airport due to missing luggage.

Our Pajeros were waiting for us on the airport. Left Islamabad, had breakfast at Bara kahu. Reached Muzzafarabad around 4 PM.

Islamabad was quite hot, Murree was pleasant. Muzzafarabad evening was good at La Orilla hotel. Its just before the main city of Muzzafarabad. And hotel views are really amazing. We enjoyed our stay there. Specially kids enjoyed the lawn and Jhulla (rides).

Day 2: Travelled from Muzzafarabad to Upper Neelam. Its almost 3.5 hours ride.
Stopped at Dhani waterfall and multiple places.

Agar ap ko nature enjoy karni hai to Subha uthein, Subha jo parenday ap ko nazar ayeingay. woh din main nahi milengay. Un ka chehchana sirf subha hi mil sakta hai.
