Fastest Honda 125 in 125cc engine

I hate cg 125 due to lot of vibration it produces. But on the other hand, love it due to availability of mechanics and spare parts in my hometown(Narowal). But a lot of vibrations and unavailability of Self Start was stopping me from an enjoyable ride so I decided to have a custom made cg 125 with vibration-less engine. Consulted with @vickytulla and @angel82 and after a month my cg 125 was looking like this. The features of this bike are:
1) CB125F(International) Vibration Less Engine with Counter Balancer
2) 5-gears with reverse shift
3) Good Fuel Economy
4) Self Start
5) Gear Indicator
6) Faster than any cg125(made a huge gap in random races and never let me defeat), unbeatable acceleration even in 5th gear. Bike makes wheelie even in 2nd gear without any clutch effort.
7) A huge comfort level due to controlled vibrations
PS: The purpose is not to offend any racer. I'm infact a bike lover not a racer, sole purpose is to spread awareness to get a comfortable ride.

How much did the whole project cost you?

Answer:: Around 85000 PKR
I previously had cg 125 2010 which I sold for 53000,

1) Purchased cg 125 2006 for 25000 rupees from a friend,

it was in rusty and poor condition
did some work to make it look better

2) purchased brand new imported engine for 35500 rupees

3) Engine Fitting, 8 AH Battery and new silencer costed 10,000 rupees,

4) Front wheel was upgraded to bigger drum as there was small drum in 2006 model, complete wheel with hub, plate, brake shoe, fitting costed around 4000 PKR
5) Around 5000 was spent to make it look better which consist of fuel tank, side covers, seat, meter, chain cover paint.
So, complete bike cost was b/w 80k to 85k rupees, but it is much better than cg 125 special edition original version which is available for around 1.5 lac rupees, as It has OHC counter balancer engine which produces more HP, acceleration, consumes less fuel and control vibration.

Can dis process be done for cd70 also? I have a 1996 model standing in the garage and it has become really unreliable. Shuts off randomly. I got a new bike and was thinking of making that one a project bike and installing self start and new engine.
And are self start motors available separately?

Yes this can be done to cd70 too. And yes separate self start motors are available but engine pallay change krnay prtay hain, jitna kharcha anay us se behter k ap new self start engine rakhwa lain

is it a bolt on swap or did you alter the frame? and do you need a special mechanic to tune this engine? Thinking of doing the same but I am worried about it in the long run.

I doubt it's a Honda cb150f engine. But then what makes you happy is all that matters in the end. Ride safe!

It is almost bolt on swap except the rod with connect chasis to engine, its angle was changed to fit the engine.
Any suzuki, ybr mechanic can tune this engine.
No need to worry, its a durable one.

Very good project. @vickytulla Waqar bhai should arrange 90cc or 100cc upgrades for CD70 engine as well. So that people don't buy sticker every year. And for cg125 if bolt on bolt replica good quality engine is made available these number of projects would hugely increase. I know these guys have done lots of projects but if engine fitment is like bolt to bolt. It would encourage many people to go for this modification buying old bike converting it to cg special edition in much lesser price and smoother experience if ohc with balancing shaft engine is made available

amjad bhai even asjdm bhai has been waiting for these type of engines foe CD70 option problem is new engines are expesive as helll and the CD70 comunity mostly dont have enough funds or interest to go for it...

2-3 months are nothing. Just park it in a close room.

after riding for 30 min, remove the battery positive terminal. put it on double stand.
put a table spoon of oil in spark plug hole so it goes to chamber.
if it is about to need oil change than do it before starting the engine. + charge battery before starting if on self.
