Fastest Margalla On Cng

Guyz,
I pocess a 1993 Model Suzuki Margalla which is on cng.Actuall I gifted this car to my wife.But beleive u me its the fastest Suzuki Margalla on CNG.
Pics will prove.Its on motorway to Burhan.A/c was also onn & car was on CNG.I drove that car upto 190 Km/H on petrol & 170 Km/H on Cng with A/c.
Its 14 Years Ols car but very well maintained.
We (me and a friend) went to Khan Pur Dam via Motorway till (jang Behtar More) than turned for taxils & all the way to Khan Pur Dam.
Weather was Amazing & its fun to race with a Honda City on motorway.We beat City on CNG.
Its not the machine ,Its man behind the wheel

margalla alwyz had a rep of being fast but awful braking and zero road grip!

my cusin used to own one.. 96 model power pack.. he had pirreli tyres and gave him some real road grip and braking too, he did 190 too on motorway while we were going to isb, and on our way back he did 160 in a rain storm.. wat else do u want from a car..?? but t'was on petrol..

Well I Also touch 190Km/h but unfortunaltly my mob battery goes dead so was unable to get pic of that.Yeah & that was on petrol.........Anti CNG people Margalla can beat a stock Honda City even on CNG

But strangely my opinion is on the opposite side , i drove my friends 98 Margalla on cng , and it took hours to even went into the 90`s ..
He maintains his car very well , dunno wat was wrong with the car it self ..........But it just couldnt accelerate enough

Maybe it has got to do something with the CNG Station as well. My Khyber normally does 120kmph but takes a long time to get to that speed but some days it accelerates quickly and even goes to 140kmph. Without any change in settings or even cleaning the air filter. Maybe i'm wrong but it does happen.

Exactly , khyber`s acceleration is quite gud indeed in the 1000cc cateogry ....

Yeah so if my khyber being a 1000cc car can do 140 on CNG, Margalla being a 1300cc car should be able to do much more. But touching 190kmph is very impressive.

The greatest I hav acheived on my Margalla is 150 km/h on petrol.

Margalla is a nice car having 68-69 hp , it can easily beat Cultus, & can compete with rolla XE easily

But bro, plz b careful. AFter all, its a small sized locally assembled car which is 10 years old. Going so fast on such vehicles is extremely dangerous as the car isnt equipped with large engine, ABS, airbags, EBD ,ESP, VSC,DSC, and everything else u get in a BMW!

plus, which tires were you on? Engineer I am one, I know that a car of that size with tires abt 185 / less and all, its too dangerous to accelerate to such extents.

Just my view, take car bro.!

even I had margalla 93 earlier on petrol n later on cng as well.. it was very well mantained n all orignal.. i`ve taken it till 160 on shahra e faisal.. its big deal.. as in.. within karachi city u hardly get space to drive.. but this car had an amazing pick.. i got civic 95 at the moment.. though its faster on longer run.. but i feel margalla had the better pick up!
