Fatal Accident on Kashmir Highway ISB!

Sad accident
Bikers are cause of many accidents
I my self just survived today, a biker from extreme left side just came in front of me and I was turning to left. No indicator no hand sign just came and said you are wrong.

today when i went across the road to see that car n while coming back, i waited good 5min to cross the road lol, most of the people crossed running infront of those fast moving cars but i didnt take any chance

I don't think so 4 people killed in this incident as I myself was at spot and 1122 came while I was there, there was only death of young boy and one of my colleague was the first one to reach the spot and he actually broke driver side door and go the young man out of the car. He got head injury which proved to be fatal, my colleague said the guy died while he got him out. It was horrible as I just talked to guys at PSO pump on kashmir highway and they said it was really bad accident.

So please drive safe and don't think that you can control the car at high speed whether its a civic or a corolla.

seriously a regulation needs to be passed on the attitude of these bikers, they have no regard for anything! koi maray jiye kisi ka kitna nuqsaan ho jaye inko fark nahi parta!

fault is of biker who was on wrong side, I have personal experience of such intelligent folks on two wheels and bas har dafa Allah ne bachaya hai biker ne marwanay kii aur marnay ki koi kasar nahi chhori kabhi, road pe aisay aatay hain koi apnay bathroom mein itnay araam se nahi jaata

90% of bikers drive recklessly.Even i myself drive Bike but not like maniacs.No offence to bikers

Yeh jagah hi manhoos hai. A few weeks back my younger brother flipped his car at exactly the same place on the green belt. Just days later saw a Swift flipped on the same area on the green belt. Now this...

If you believe media then the deceased was 15 year old.Bit too young,inexperienced maybe.still a very unfortunate incident.Ive been on this road and my god the speed some people do on this road is unbelievable. Yeah bikers are responsible no doubt but this ain't no racetrack.you gotta slow down don't forget when you drive cars without abs ,it takes longer to stop and you got more chance of loosing control.

Bless the departed souls! I want to again stress the need of defensive solid driving and proper speed adjustment for all vehicles on the roads. Sadly, while many car owners are sensible on the roads, far too many two-wheelers give a damn about road safety and laws. In particular road crossings and being on the wrong side is typical of bikers. Bikers driving without rear bike lights / brake lights is also far too common and causes many problems in the dark. Traffic police should be more active and give challans to bikers and other road violators.

Feel sorry for the loss of a precious life.

For all the incidents like this on kashmir highway and expressway, i will blame the cda or whoever involved in the design of the roads.
Merely widening a road is not feasible to overcome the traffic capacity if you have to place signals in them.
It would have been better to keep 6-lanes instead of 10, and make it signal-free by adding underpasses and fly-overs. This way the cross traveling traffic will avail the flyovers and the flow of traffic will be uniform.

Once, i was on my car and needed to turn right so i gave indicator. I just turned the car slightly, suddenly a biker tookover me. i guess speed of bike was 70-80 kmph. I was like Yeh Kahan Se Aa Gai? And the sad part was that a lady was sitting behind him.

yesterday I was in Pindi, a man with wife and 3 kids was riding his CD-70 like an F-16 in dead blocked rush at College Road.

Oh man, 15th year old boy was driving. Why parents are so much careless about their child?
