Fatal Accident on Kashmir Highway ISB!

yesterday I was in Pindi, a man with wife and 3 kids was riding his CD-70 like an F-16 in dead blocked rush at College Road.

Mindless people. May Allah show the right path such people.

sad to head my mechanic told me the day it happened ..these bikers will never learn ....

1 should always follow rule drive slow regardless of any 1 fault if we drive slow we can avoid the lose

First of all the accident was due to overspeeding from a notorious kid who was too dumb to understand cars aint toys.At high speeds there is no chance of survival.

Btw from where do bikers come in specifically in this accident?

That's the main point everyone seem to miss.On the road car driver is to blame regardless of whose actual fault it is and here on pakwheels bikers are the evil.Like it or not we got more bikes than cars in country so statistically bikers are gonna be involved in accidents more than anyone.But point is who gave car keys to 15 year old???what speed was he doing before the crash,but everyone will simply ignore this and blame that elusive biker.
Now I'm not saying bikers aren't to blame.there are loads and i mean loads of bikers who put their and others life in risk everyday.Im from Jhelum and all you have to do is drive down gt road and you'll see how big this problem is but there are car drivers who take their family cars as F1 and drive it like one.Untill law is implemented properly and more importantly people start thinking about safety this problem will not go away.

Please be realistic and accept that biker was at fault, if the guy in car did not try to save him he would most probably be safe now. So remember whether he was speeding or not the fault is of biker. I have talked to many people at pump as well and they say car was fast but may be around 100 to 120 and speed limit for that road is not mentioned so he was not over-speeding at all.

I see many bikers crossing Kashmir highway without any U-turn so is it right and do you guys endorse it? Please stop blaming kid because he is no more to respond to our allegations, another thing was't it responsibility of biker to at-least stop and see what happened to guy in the car I think every-one would have cursed car guy if it was opposite.

My car got hit 3 times

on all the occasions it was a motor bike, they think that traffic laws dont apply to them, specially on traffic signals.

All those who are blaming the driver yes its their fault if they allow a 15 year old to drive but ir-responsible bikers are the major problem on highways ...... 1 month ago same thing happened on peshawar road rwp as well where a mehran driver hit his car to the footpath at almost 70kmph just to save the biker who is again trying to avoid usual u-turn .... the ratio of underage drivers are far less than those bikers who enter the middle of highways through footpaths ..... even i saw over 50's bikers on IJP daily doing that.......

You mean to say that 100 to 120 is not an over speed. Kashmir Highway is an urban road not motorway and speed limit is 80 on this road, mentioned at many places. I am sorry at the loss of precious life. Biker was also at fault as well as the driver of the car and his parents who gave key to 15 years old.

I'm a biker myself but I agree bikers do put cars into trouble, hope the biker guy is able to deal with the guilt of causing deadly accident, for what I read; Coming on wrong way and attempting to cross through green-belt...

The same car traveling at speeds below 70 would not have suffered the same fate.The extent of damage clearly exhibits that the driver was inexperienced + was overspeeding.The problem is with todays parents who in their love for children let them drive cars as they are toys.The boy's parents are first to blame in this regard.I drive car and like both and never experienced any accident on bike with a minor one on car once or twice till now.

Lesson to learn.

That accident didn't happen at 100 km,speed was way more than 100 k.
Looking at the Photo of deceased makes it all this very real.Its not just twisted metal but a human life lost in that accident.

Its not alone a biker fault. Multiple errors by the driver and others can convert vehicle into lethal weapon. God bless us.
