Fault in Haval H6 2.OL

I got my Haval H6 2.0 delivered on 02 DEC, 2022 from Haval Rawalpindi. Since day one its engine has had irregular/abnormal noise which I have noticed several times. Vehicle is only 600KM driven till to date. I have visited the Haval Rawalpindi dealership and complained about the same but the unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour surprised me as they were unable to diagnose the problem.

Before buying Haval H6 I was sure if I face any kind of issue the Haval Pakistan (SAZGAR Engineering Works), the Haval dealership, there after sales service would be poor and pathetic and they wouldn't be responsible for anything.

No one at the Haval Rawalpindi dealership has complete knowledge about the vehicle, whether its sales staff and technical staff. Workshop is not proper, the whole staff is untrained and are unprofessionals.

After paying almost 9 million rupees I got a brand new SUV with mechanical/technical faults and most importantly Haval Pakistan is not interested in sorting out the issue.

I had a bad experience with HAVAL and would never recommend HAVAL to anyone.

I was inches away buying a Haval 2.0L and when talked with the staff at the Haval dealership on Barki Road Lahore, I got a bit reluctant. I could clearly see the lack of knowledge amongst the staff members. I opted for a used Hyundai Sonata though far less in features but not so complicated for the ustaads we have in Pakistan.

i can understand your disappointment, but why are you surprised with haval behaviour, havent you already seen this happen before;
Kia here for 3rd time, closed shop earlier 2 times because of no support
Hyundai here for 3rd time, closed shop earlier 2 times because of no support
Proton here for 2nd time, closed shop earlier because of no support
many others including changan, geely, mitusbishi, subaru, fiat, faw etc.
better sell the car while its trending, dont mean to hurt you but if you really like the car than youll have to keep fixing it with whatever you can find like the previous sportages which were once a fad now running on scrapyard modified engines because of difficult to find parts
