Faulty petrol level sensor

i have city 2k16 26000 kms driven . . .recently observed fuel gauge suddenly falls to E when remaining fuel is 12L. . .otherwise working ok. . .any past experience ?

Honda fuel gauges are shit they do this quite ofter
Once the reserve ligjt will pop ip quickly once it wont light till late
Remedy is to keep using it for some time with more than half tank

Probably the level spring or something is acting weird servicing should fix it.

Depends cud be 200 - 500 and even more.

They will simply remove the back seat take out the fuel pump and fiddle with the leveling and put it back.

i think city fuel pump is near gear lever not on back seat

Salam my honda city 2013 shows it is doing 17.6 sometimes 18.8 km/l but actually it is giving me 10 km/l ...i fullfill the tank abput 37 litres on main road it gives me 370 km with ac .any one tell me is it hapenning to others?

nops my 2016 do more than 620 kms in 37 with AC!

I have recently bought City 09 , it's fuel gauge is surprisingly unstable. My car has CNG installed too, and when I have almost half of tank filled, and when I use CNG , the fuel gauge is dropping as the car is on petrol. What may be the problem, does the car consume petrol and CNG simultaneously?? And what shd I do in this regard?
