They will not be able to transfer the car's on their own name. The car will remain registered to the filer first owner. And if the fbr cracks down on the filer, he will have to justify the income to afford the said car/s. Same will be the case with immovable property above 4 million. They can buy it but won't be able to transfer ownership to their own name.

There is no issue in that. My brother's car was recently bought from faisalabad dealership, and he got first service from Lahore. As mentioned, a colleague is also doing the same. U can get warranty claims and services from any dealership regardless of where u bought from.

Just for info, my friend is buying V2 in Lahore from mezan bank and it'll be available within a week without any own.

Now accordingly pensioners in pak are exempt for paying tax. So do they come in the filers category if they want to purchase a new car? Pensioners income are exempt for tax.
Or they are non filers and cannot buy or book a car.

It is not necessary to pay tax for becoming a filer. One can be show the income and mention that it doesn't come under tax bracket in the tax returns. Filer just means one who files tax returns, one can be paying tax and be a non filer, or one can be a non tax paying tax filer.

Exactly, anybody with CNIC and a registered mobile number and a Bank account can be a filer, no matter he is earning income or not.

Wrong . In order to avail filer benefits you need to pay tax .isi waja se 4 lakh to 8 lakh per 1000 aur 8 lakh to 12 lakh per 2 thousand ka token tax lagaya ha. Pensioners ko is mamlae main exemption ha kae unki pension taxable nahi ha .iskae illawa koi faqeer tax filer nahi bana sakta without paying tax

No sir.. one needs to file his yearly tax return to become a filer.. if my income is below the taxable thresholds then there wont be any tax due from me, i will file a return refered as pti and will become a filer..
even if i dont have any income i can still become a filer by filing a nil return, e.g a student..

Well hopefully i am just trying to convince my father to buy the faw v2. After seeing all the reviews and videos i really like the car. His mindset is on wagon r. I hope he changes his mind

this is just a fraud and a scamwe are paying huge tax on cars registration token tax and also on petrolbut in return bad roads bad petroland they call us we don't pay tax how its possible

Problem is when they say we don't pay taxes it is right about Direct Tax and taxes on patrol and on registration are Indirect taxes .Now when it comes to Direct Tax it is mostly collected from factories and big business and that is not happening why is that it's a different debate now Indirect taxes come on normal people and we are paying more and more and we are getting nothing in return.
