Fee structure for child birth registration in union council

i have recently paid RS 900 for birth certification in union council Rawat.

RS 300 for data entry in union council register
Rs 300 for issue of union council certificate
Rs 300 for issuance of computerized birth certificate

When i asked for receipt the union council man asked me u dont need.Just come after 10 days i will give u.

Can anyone confirm the above charges as it seems to me that i have paid extra charges

i have never heard of it, only 100 for NADRA birth certificate paper,
are normally charged, and plus 100 or 50 for tea water, (H), this is what i paid for my kid.

i just called the union council rawat person on his cell ph. He said Rs 300 will be charged for union council certificate and Rs 300 for data entry according to chief commissioner islamabad notification 2015 . However Rs 300 for NADRA given by me were not justified as NADRA charged RS 50 for normal and RS 500 for urgent registration. Moreover he said i will give u certificate in 2 days :).

Thats rubbish. I paid only Rs.100 one year ago for birth certificate in Lahore.

Is it dificult to make a birth ceritificate from union council i havent made til yet my baby is 6 months old kindly tell me how tough is the procesure.

Procedure is not tough at all, fill some forms and I paid 200 Rs. and got the birth certificate after couple of days.

I have to pay 400 without any receipt in UC Office Koral, Islamabad. I am launching an official complaint to DC Islamabad in this regard.
