a good 98 sunny can be bought for 450000 easily and it is even less in Lahore.
ABout specs. i need to to do some research to find the exact figures. i think a CD20 is around 78 bhp stock but torque is what matters on a diesel and that is significant. dont remember the exact figure.
In the 2001 model of sunny that has chrome grill, the engine had slightly different layout, brake boaster is placed with the puno timing belt in place of generator driven setup previously and the bhp is slightly higher to 82. Torque is marginaly less and the drive is more free in low gears compared to the old one, much like your pug 
u can rev it hard in any gear and it goes on comparatively higher then the old generation CD20.
