Last weekend i visited beeberg for a DIY session to fix some long pending isssues of Uno.
Had very good & informative session.
On my way to beeberg place i hit (not intensionaly) an auto rikshaw & got kraked left head light lens & indicator of my ride.
Back to activity,
We started with task "to get Radiator Fan in automatic mode"' as it was direct since i bought my Uno,

The Dual port thermal switch,
For testing we used boiled water. The switch was dipped in boiled water for 7~8 second to raise its temprature.

and finaly it works,
Alhamdulillah it was working other wise i had to spend rupees 1250 for new one. As existing setup was using just one relay for Fan so i put it for single speed operation as dual speed setup requires one more relay to energise second winding of Fan.
The second task was to fix its heater timer as it was stucked to 16 sec & doesnt trip even if i start the car befor expiring timer. so on each starting i had to wait for 16 sec which was dangerous for Heater & battery life.
So first i inspect the timer & try to fix operation buy checking wiring but no out come as their was an electronic fault in gadget.
as it was getting dark so we havent play with original timer & start try to fix it with things in hand. Luckuly i got one local made timer covered with shoping bag & insullation tape to protect it from water hanging in hood of my Car it wasnt energised but was connected with some incomplete wiring probabaly some one try to connect it but doesnt complete the job & left the new circuit inside the hood.

But unfortunately the new timer was useless as it was equiped with 5 Amp relay which wasnt sufficient to energise four glow Plugs
