the indian influence is quite pervasive (thanks to their cunning representatives on this site) and deep rooted in our people (thanks to their shitty bollywood crap movies), you might well be surprised to know, but to tell you, apart from some pro-indian mods, there are indian mods or atleast one indian mod on this site for quite some time now. So the next time you say anything patriotic, you can well expect it to be censored/deleted by the same indian mod. i'm not surprised!!

Squadron Leader Sarfraz Ahmed Rafiqui (Hilal-i-Jurat and Sitara-i-Jurat)

"On 6 September, 1965, Squadron Leader Sarfaraz Ahmad Rafiqui led a formation of 3 F-86 aircraft on a strike against Halwara airfield. The formation was intercepted by about 10 Hunter aircraft out of which Squadron Leader Rafiqui accounted for one in the first few seconds. But then his guns jammed due to a defect and stopped firing. However, Rafiqui refused to leave the battle area which he would have been perfectly justified to do; instead he ordered his No. 2 to take over as leader and continue the engagement while he tried to give the formation as much protection as was possible with an unarmed aircraft. This called on the part of Squadron Leader Rafiqui. The end for him was never in doubt but he chose to disregard it and, in the process, his aircraft was shot down and he was killed but not before enabling his formation to shoot down 3 more Hunter aircraft. Rafiqui’s conduct was clearly beyond the call of duty and conformed to the highest traditions of leadership and bravery in battle against overwhelming odds. For this and his earlier exploits, he is awarded Hilal-e-Jurat and Sitara-e-Jurat."

i hope PAF gets F-10B soon as it will be the latest among all the aircraft it has currently, it is 4.5 generation aircraft. PAF must try to buy F-35 from USA, like Australia, as they are a toned down version of F-22.

ISLAMABAD, Jan 1 (APP): Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) would soon start serial production of multi?role fighter aircraft (JF?17 Thunder) in collaboration with China, Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Defence Production on Thursday was informed. The Committee headed by Sheikh Aftab Ahmad visited the PAC and was given detailed briefing about the ongoing projects being undertaken by the prestigious organisation in the defence production sector.
