On my last trip to Pakistan, on Motorway (Lahore to Islamabad) i've taken these pics while driving (Civic 2005 EXI Petrol BIT USED)till its last (as after 185 KM/H this suckin' machine misses/watever and comes back on 175-180 KM/H) check in pics... Wat the hell is this?

You all are requested to kindly try on your machines and if anyone experienced Civic's last then elaborate...........

(2 pic are of day-time while leading to Isbd. and 2 are of night while comin back to Lahore)

I touched 190 km/h on CNG in my Civic EXi 2005.
And 195 km/h on Petrol and its Speed was still increasing but due to Traffic i had to apply brakes.

hakami85 yes this is set by factory default on 7 th gen EXI 1.5L the car reaches till 190 and fuel starts to cut out to stop it from going any further which i guess is a shame as this car the EXI variant should also be able to reach 200+ kph. well there is one thing you can do and it might work try to take the car to 180 kph on 4 th gear and then shift to 5 th gear then it might not cut out the fuel and you might be able to hit 200 kph. i guess the reason for making the EXI cut out at 190 is too make their VTI variant look more better performance wise and yes i know VTI is 1.6L VTEC its suppose to be faster which it is but there was no reason for them to put rev limiter earlier on EXI variant as it also has enough power in its engine to take the car to 200 and plus. you can remove this fuel cut out by re mapping the EXI ECU. EXI is equipped with 1.5L D15Y3 non VTEC which produces maximum 120 hp and 149nm torque and VTI is equipped with 1.6L D16W9 VTEC which produces maximum 130 hp and 154 nm torque.
