I have one ELS pin on ECU.
There is a separate CF pin for the cooling fan also...

My BT Idles Right @ 850-900 Rpms and even on Headlights it won't drop down.....!!!
i also don't have those goodies like headlights load and all wired up.....!! what making your revvs to 500 is really a concern here.....!! some load or what....!!

dropping to 500 is definitely a "learned" thing of the ecu. aftr reset it works fine till it learns something from the sensors....

I would point it first to bad ground points (no I dont mean the stupid blue grounding kit)

I mean the nice thick ground wires you see in it originally - second clean out the ISC motor and pour some oil in it to free it up, if it does not help - I would check ignition timing and alternator output - seems like a heavy load

I am currently suspecting two things: bad ground and air in cooling system...

It starts to happen as soon as it reaches Tstat opening temps. Tstat is there since temp rises quickly but doesnt fall below a certain limit no matter how long it cruises at a 7am icy cold morning on the highway...

Ok I found that throttle plate stop screw had paint marks on it i guess default marks so now i set it back to its normal position and results RPM gone back to 500 ON Petrol or CNG its 500.
Tried reseting the ECU also set the TPS VTA to 35 OHMS.

Okay I had free time so tested TPS.

These videos will help you identify the problem i am having. I am not getting any reading from E2 and IDL and getting Readings from E2 and VTA.

E2 and VTA is giving correct smooth reading but why nothing on IDL? Faulty TPS?

see esp. 0:35 onwards. I hope theres no blown headgasket and that its just dirty coolant...
engine was fully warmed up. car was parked up a slope, i dont think therz any air in the cooling system, so that is ruled out.

the water that is spilled out on the ground should be checked that if it has oil contamination (mixture of the cooling fluid with the engine oil)

if so it should have a rainbow pattern in it when exposed to light

also check the oil cap for a milky (Mayonnaise) like mixture in it suggesting a blown head gasket

these are the only two ways to tell that a faulty headgasket is possibly causing these problems.

by the video it seems that you see continuity before the IDL-E2 circuit cuts out at 10% throttle - and none after that, which is perfect.

There's No Reading b/w IDL and e2 When you fully open it but there is reading when its closed.......!! It Goes Like that..seems ok

Thanks guys. It seems everything I test turns out ok than why my RPM after I Reset ECU remains ok for like 30 or 40 mins than comes back to 500 though engine dont shut down but RPM at 500 is too low makes the engine shake a bit.

IF i reset ECU than RPM goes to 900 for like few mins or few km drive than goes back to 500.

Should i try for a TB replacement? I hate unstable RPM though people keep drivin with 500 RPM but i like it to be stable. Getting FED UP now.

TPS is ok Map sensor i replaced i today again cleaned the Idle Control Valve.

Its like when ECU learns everythings drops RPM to 500.

Something is definitely wrong......also check the vacuum side also.....and checking grounding resistance

As discussed with you SER my ECU is 5AFE 4 A/T, Auto one and I couldent find IDL pinout on it hm can tht be reason See the PIC.

In other ECU or Ahsan's ECU its beside VC pinout

yes - does it also have a vta2 pin??

Try locating where the IDL pin goes in ecu and check for different ecu's also.....!!
swaps takes arms and legs to troubleshoot things...so calm down.....my 02 sensor and STA wire makes me cry about 1 year....but still i figure it out later myself.....just be committed and don't lose hope

maybe you have an ECU like the later pakistani 4AFE had - it uses a 3 wire TPS,

In your case your wiring is differrent than your ECU, and if you have no IDL pin the TPS on your throttle body will not signal correctly to the ECU.

Get the ECU which better suits your engine/wiring combo - you may need to look for a 3 wire TPS and also swap around a few wires in the plugs
