I got some breaking news
Ser man i hope this time we got the prob fixed 
Changed ECU to this one. It says M/T and 3 A/T I guess it can work on both. Opened up the ECU this one god IDL pin and normal ECU like Ahsan. Now this one is big than the previous one i had which was small in size.
right away I can feel for the first time engine is controlled by ECU I mean as soon as you release the accelerator the ecu brings the rpm slowly down not before which use to jump. than when i turn on lights which are connected to ELS RPM jumps by 100 or more which is clearly visible now.
Start the car RPM jumps to 1300 than slowly comes down.. Its at 900 on Petrol or 1000 i guess still learning.
On my way home on petrol I pushed the car little bit and check engine light turned on that went away when i restarted the engine.
I got CEL Codes out and its 42 only. which is for SPD signal. No other code.
Xulfiqar bhai If i connect cooling fan positive wire taken from the positive going to fan to CF pin on ECU will this setup work?
Also got the Original power steering vaccum pipes. T for sharing PS and CNG kit vaccum pipes.
